How to Pay
Deposits and Payments for Rentals
A deposit is required to secure your booking and payment in full
must have been made 6 weeks before you arrive.
1.) You can pay deposits to confirm
your booking in the following ways:

By Bank Transfer
2.) You can pay the balance due for holiday rental (ie full amount
less deposit), 6 weeks before your holiday stay, in the following
ways:

3.) Late Booking. If you book late
then you can use PayPal to make payments in full, or by arrangement
pay the deposit by PayPal and provide cash in euros on arrival,
for the balance.
PayPal
If you decide to pay your deposit or the balance of your holiday
rental by PayPal (or the full amount for late bookings) then please
send an email to payments@cdm-rentals.com
with your email address and your telephone number and a statement
that you wish to pay by PayPal.
We will then send you by email, to your email address, a special
PayPal payment form / money order which contains a controlled link
to their site, where you can enter your credit card details and
make the payment. They will advise us directly the credit card payment
has cleared and we will then confirm that your deposit or payment
has been received by CDM-Rentals.
PayPal is an internationally recognised and universally available
secure payment method, but it carries a surcharge of 3.5%, which
we have to recover from you. The email payment form we send you
will include the payment plus the surcharge. It is probably the
fastest, safest and easiest online method of payment and we recommend
it to you. Your booking will be confirmed quicker if you use PayPal.
Bank Transfer
If you decide to pay your deposit or the balance of your holiday
rental by Bank Transfer, then please send an email to payments@cdm-rentals.com
with your email address and your telephone number and a statement
that you wish to pay by Bank Transfer.
We will then send you by email, to your email address, details
of the amount to be paid (inc fee), our receiving bank here in Spain
and the branch code, account number, Swiftcode and IBAN number which
you will need to take to your own bank, together with means of identification,
to arrange the transfer. Your bank will charge you a fee for the
transfer (varies) and in addition there is a receiving fee here
in Spain equivalent to 1% of the total. We will include the 1% receiving
fee in the amount on our email to you. The bank will advise us after
the money arrives and is cleared and we will then confirm that your
deposit or payment has been received by CDM-Rentals.
